Hey. I'm Aisha.
Your number 1 fan & new parenting coach.

Having struggled with the challenges of parenting; ranging from new born baby issues to teenage dilemmas I've experienced it all. This is why I have passionately trained in Positive Discipline and The Incredible Years® parenting programs. I also work as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist and love helping children with their communication skills. I combine my knowledge with my practical experiences to support parents in all aspects of parenting.

Cup Of Parenting offers group parent coaching, tailored individual coaching as well classes designed specifically for children. We also hold regular social events such as coffee mornings and fun days and trips aimed at mothers & children. We also offer special workshops and training for organisations.
